Open Parcel Before Payment:
We allow customers to open the parcel before payment to check the product and be fully satisfied at the time of delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
If any product is found faulty or damaged after delivery—even after a few days—we’re here to help. We will either repair it, replace it, or pay for the issue, depending on the situation. Your peace of mind matters to us.
Warranty on Master Copies:
Every Master Copy product at QN Store comes with a 1-Year Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, internal faults, and other issues not caused by misuse.
Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage (unless specified as water-resistant), or misuse.
